I have recently had a loft conversion built by Elite Lofts and I am delighted with the result. The whole team have been helpful, supportive, professional and respectful throughout and any snags have been dealt with promptly and effectively. Most importantly, from the first time I met David I felt I could trust them with my property. In fact I have been so impressed  with Elite’s work ethos that they are now carrying out an additional, smaller job for me. Could not speak more highly of Elite lofts and Dave. We did a master suite with walk in wardrobe, and en-suite, skylights, aircon, full staircase. They went above and beyond to ensure we were ecstatic with our loft conversion. He helped us find tradesmen that were out of quote, helped coordinate them into the project too, every single person from his company was a gem- polite, knowledgable, and just genuine nice people. The price was very competitive and the finished result feels like a luxury main suite, and not just an add on to the house. The team were professional, reliable, and hardworking. We recently had Elite Loft complete a rear dormer at our property and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dave provided a clear milestone payment schedule, and each stage of the project was delivered exactly on time and in line with what was agreed. Everyone who came to our home was respectful of our space, friendly, and professional. The subcontractors carried out their work to a very high standard, and the quality really shows in the finished result. Dave kept us updated throughout and regularly checked in to make sure everything was progressing smoothly. That level of communication and attention made the whole process stress-free. Elite Garage Conversion Experience Choosing a builder We needed to convert our garage into a studio and office space. After receiving quotes from several builders, we chose Elite for the project. Project Timeline Upon accepting Elite’s quote, we were given an estimated start date of four weeks. The work began exactly four weeks later, as promised. They started the job on time, they remained on site until completion, they finished on time, they stayed on the budget. The completed loft conversion has completely exceeded our expectations. Dealing with Elite has been an absolute pleasure. Having had a previous bad experience and been left in limbo with Planning permission, we needed a straight talking and proactive company to get our project underway. David came over and we felt instantly confident Elite were the right people. No question was ever too small or too daft, we were kept well informed of timescales through the WhatsApp group, Lewis and his team onsite were always accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. We ended up with features we didn’t even know were possible. The quality of workmanship and the efficiency was so impressive and everyday gave us something new to admire. The finish has been magnificent and nothing has been too much trouble. Starting a second floor extension, adding two bedrooms and a bathroom felt really daunting and I was fully prepared for months of stress, luckily I was wrong. From our first to our very last moment with Elite the most stressful thing I came across was choosing the colour paint. Having them not only on board but driving and steering made the whole build feel effortless. Not only did they manage, guide, build and take away all the physical and emotional work from us, but they also did an incredible job.They have a great team of tradesman that we fully trusted every step of the way. This is our 3rd time with Dave and the team and again they have excelled.  From the survey through the quote, Architect visit, start and end of build, everything was explained and communicated well.  Daily confirmation on work time scales were given and where these changed, again it was communicated.  The standard of work was fabulous.  Lewis and Salv who were the two main guys on site throughout the period were dedicated to making sure we were happy with all aspects of the build.  Watching the morph from old storage loft in to our new fabulous bedroom with en-suite shower room and warm storage area was really amazing.
